Each program comes with instructions for using the app and videos for each exercise within the app. Stay motivated with weekly communications from me and the ability to chat about your progress through the app. Ability to add before/after photos in the app to see your progress. Ability to receive detailed meal plans and recipes catered to your nutrition goals.

An introduction to using bands for beginners. Upper Body / Lower Body workouts alternate, 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Designed for anyone wanting to firm and tone their glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings in just 3 sessions a week! Spend weeks 1-2 learning the foundations and awakening the muscles, then dive into the next four weeks shaping the glutes.
This is the maintenance for your "6 Week Bootylicious Builder Program". You will want to use this along with your regular body training once the the "6 Week Bootylicious Builder Program" is completed so you can maintain all of your hard work.

This is a 8 week workout consisting of two 4 week training phases. All workouts can be done in a gym or at home. No equipment is necessary.
Every week will consist of 3 ab workouts, of which two
will be strength based sessions, and one will be a circuit cardio type session.
Mondays and Fridays are reserved for strength workouts.
Wednesdays are circuit day and they are obviously completed in a circuit fashion, which you can complete along with the workout videos.
